After Annie hears what’s going on across the pond, she convinces her friend Lily to open a speakeasy with her; however, thanks to a crooked cop, P.C. Percy Parker, they are having to relocate, but they have a plan. All they have to do is convince Gladys and Thelma, the local cafe shop workers, to allow them to use their basement underneath the cafe, but will it all go smoothly?
